Job Description

Job Title: Adobe Target Specialist / Consultant

Location: [Hyderabad/Remote]

Employment Type: [Permanent / Contract]

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in personalization, A/B testing, and optimization, with 2+ years hands-on experience using Adobe Target.

Deep understanding of Experience Targeting (XT), A/B testing, Multivariate Testing (MVT), and Auto-Target / Auto-Allocate features.

Skilled in configuring audiences, activities, goals, and success metrics within Adobe Target.

Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Analytics for A4T integration.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and front-end development concepts to implement client-side tests and experiences.

Proficiency in form-based and visual experience composer, as well as VEC helper and single page app (SPA) support.

Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for optimization and targeting strategies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with marketers, developers, and UX designers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Target Business Practitioner or Developer.

Hands-on experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Launch, or Adobe Campaign.

Experience working in e-commerce, finance, telecom, or other customer-centric verticals.

Exposure to agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Workfront, or Confluence.
