Role & responsibilities

job Summary:

Adobe RTCDP Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using

  Adobe RTCDP

  to unify customer data from multiple sources (CRM, web, mobile, etc.)
• Configure

  data sources, schema, and identities

  within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Create and manage

  segmentation, destinations,

  and

  activation workflows

• Work with

  Adobe Experience Platform APIs

  and

  Real-Time CDP connectors

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, marketing teams, and solution architects
• Ensure

  data governance

  ,

  compliance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA),

  and best practices in data handling
• Support the

  integration of RTCDP with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools

  like Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
• Monitor and troubleshoot data ingestion pipelines and real-time segmentation performance
• Write technical documentation and provide training or support for business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 2+ years of experience

  working with Adobe Experience Platform, especially Real-Time CDP
• Proficiency in

  XDM schema, identity stitching, and audience segmentation

• Strong understanding of

  customer data architecture

  , CDPs, and MarTech ecosystems
• Experience with

  APIs, JavaScript, JSON, RESTful services

• Knowledge of

  Adobe Launch (Tags)

  and

  Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection

• Experience with

  customer data privacy regulations

  and consent management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe certification in

  Adobe Experience Platform / RTCDP

• Experience with

  ETL tools

  ,

  data lakes

  , or

  cloud platforms

  (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with

  Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Target

• Background in

  marketing operations

  customer data strategy
