Job Description

As an Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist, your role involves developing and configuring customer journeys, executing and managing campaigns, optimizing personalization, providing data and integration support, and collaborating with teams for seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Build and configure end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including triggers, sequencing, and multi-channel orchestration (email, push, web, SMS, etc.). - Set up journey rules, conditions, and personalization logic using AEP data. - Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business objectives into actionable journey flows. - Support execution of scheduled (batch/blast) and always-on (automated) campaigns. - Conduct pre-launch QA, journey testing, and monitoring to ensure flawless execution. - Maintain version control, documentation, and tracking of live journeys. - Leverage AJO features to personalize customer experiences based on behavior, preferences, and real-time data. - Assist in setting up testing (A/B or multivariate) within AJO and contribute to optimization recommendations. - Explore opportunities to utilize AJO capabilities for testing and personalization in place of Adobe Target where applicable. - Collaborate with data and analytics teams to define audiences and events using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - Validate data flows, schemas, and attributes used in journey triggers and decisioning. - Troubleshoot integration issues and support continuous improvements. - Work closely with campaign managers, developers, and analysts to deliver seamless customer experiences. - Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and AJO best practices. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology execution roles. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for journey configuration and campaign management. - Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts: profiles, segments, events, and datasets. - Working knowledge of personalization, decisioning, and testing methodologies (A/B or multivariate). - Familiarity with Adobe Target or equivalent testing tools (advantageous). - Experience with data-driven marketing, segmentation, and omnichannel orchestration. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to collaborate with technical and marketing teams.,
