Adobe Experience Platform Specialist - Configuration & Implementation

You will be joining our team as an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist in Pune with 4 years of experience in a full-time role. Your main responsibility will involve implementing, configuring, and optimizing AEP solutions to enhance customer experience and digital marketing initiatives. To excel in this position, you should have a deep understanding of AEP components such as Customer Data Platform (CDP), Real-time Customer Profile, Journey Orchestration, and Adobe Launch. Hands-on experience with data integration and activation will be crucial for your success. Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation and configuration of AEP solutions, managing customer data through the Customer Data Platform (CDP), designing and implementing customer journeys using Journey Orchestration, integrating AEP with various data sources, and generating reports and dashboards for tracking customer engagement and campaign performance. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar digital marketing solutions. Proficiency in data integration, tag management, and digital analytics is essential, along with knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and data management tools. Familiarity with other Adobe products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign will be advantageous. In addition to technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important qualities for this role. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, or a related field, and relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Platform are preferred.,
