Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Technical project manager (TPM)

In this role as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) specifically focused on working with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) at Tredence Analytics Pvt. Ltd., your responsibilities will include: - Drive end-to-end planning and execution of technical programs across Adobe Experience Platform, covering areas such as data ingestion, identity resolution, edge services, real-time customer profile, and segmentation. - Define program goals, objectives, deliverables, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. - Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and schedules while managing risks and dependencies. - Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the program lifecycle. - Ensure proper data governance, security, and compliance for all customer data within AEP. - Drive best practices for program execution, team collaboration, and development workflows. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management in software development or cloud services. - Proven success managing large-scale technical programs involving backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure. - Experience working in Agile environments with globally distributed teams. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work across multiple teams, understand technical systems, and drive alignment. - Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other program management platforms. Preferred qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include: - Experience with Adobe Experience Platform. - Experience in customer data platforms, real-time data processing, and identity resolution. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS). - Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and other data privacy regulations. - Experience delivering Martech/CDP solutions in enterprise environments.
