                                As a Platform Engineer at Astellas Pharma Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving digital initiatives forward within the agile organization. Your primary focus will be on the development, deployment, and integration of software platforms that support business processes and operations such as CRM, ERP, SCM, Clinical, Patient Safety, and Quality Management Solutions. Your responsibilities will include:  - **Platform Development and Configuration**:     - Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet organizational needs.     - Program, configure settings, and integrate various software solutions.  - **System Integration**:     - Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems to enhance data flow and business processes.  - **Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:     - Regularly monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.  - **User Support and Training**:     - Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions for effective platform utilization.  - **Initiative Execution**:     - Actively participate in various initiatives, applying specialized skills to achieve objectives and expected value.  - **Collaboration**:     - Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across digital and business units.  - **Continuous Learning**:     - Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies.  - **Innovation**:     - Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.  - **Reporting**:     - Regularly report progress and outcomes to Capability Lead and team members.  - **Problem-Solving**:     - Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.  - **Quality Assurance**:     - Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.  Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or Business Administration. - Relevant experience in business analysis or technical analysis, demonstrating a track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, communication skills, collaboration abilities, project management knowledge, attention to detail, and adaptability.  Additionally, experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and web front-end development is essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery are preferred qualifications.
