Description
As a QA Lead at Adobe Campaign, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of projects being delivered by working with the Adobe offshore delivery team. In a fast-paced environment with exciting projects, you will independently drive the show from initial test strategy discussions to test execution and sign-off. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to implement features meeting customer requirements, analyzing documentation to create test plans and scripts, estimating efforts, maintaining test coverage, identifying root causes of issues, managing release readiness standards, planning test schedules/strategies, managing risks and escalations, bug tracking, and striving for excellence in product delivery. Additionally, you will mentor and coach team members, be a point of contact with clients for QA solutions, and constantly innovate to improve processes and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with teams to implement features meeting customer requirements - Analyze documentation to create test plans, cases, and scripts - Estimate efforts, maintain test coverage, and identify root causes of issues - Manage release readiness standards and test schedules/strategies - Mentor team members and be a point of contact with clients for QA solutions - Innovate to improve processes and efficiency **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in developing Functional, Integration, and End-to-End Test Strategy/approach - Hands-on experience in test cases creation and execution - 6+ years of relevant work experience in the QA domain - Experience working with stakeholders such as Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts - Experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence) - Good knowledge of databases and ability to write queries - Experience in testing software at API level - Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills - Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment - QA hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer products - Coding and scripting experience for automation is a plus - Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML, CSS would be a plus Adobe is dedicated to making Adobe.com accessible to all users.
