Adobe Analytics(dashboard+SQL)

As an Adobe Support, you will be responsible for providing Tier 1 Support using Adobe Experience Cloud products. Your role will involve architecture, solution design, integration, governance, and technical leadership. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this role: Tier 1 Support: - Demonstrated experience with Adobe Campaign Standard. - Basic understanding of integration, data design, and web technologies. - Proficiency in programming, specifically SQL. - Familiarity with Adobe Campaign Standard for supporting Emails, Push notifications, and SMS integrations. - Exposure to integrations with other Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Emphasis on design documentation, peer reviews, and best practices. - Collaborate with Product Owners to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in direct customer interaction and delivering high-quality results. - Strong analytical and debugging skills. Platform Expertise: - In-depth knowledge of at least one or more Adobe products: - Adobe Analytics for customer behavior insights. - Adobe Target for personalization and testing. - Adobe Campaign for multichannel marketing. - Adobe Workflow configuration/building framework. - Adobe Audience Manager. - Adobe 1DS. Skills: - Adobe Campaign Management. - Proficiency in Delta Lake, Parquet, and Spark SQL via Synapse. - Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Manager. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Adobe Managed Services and Azure. - Ability to enable personalized customer journeys and provide analytics insights.
