Role Overview: You will be joining our team as an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer, where your main responsibility will be to work with Adobe Experience Platform and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions to enhance our marketing operations and deliver personalized experiences to our customers. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing AEP solutions, developing end-to-end business use cases, integrating systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously improving existing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive AEP solutions - Develop detailed business use cases demonstrating how AEP functionalities can address specific business needs - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business use cases using Adobe Experience Platform - Design and implement efficient ETL processes and integrations with other systems - Utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer for journey design and configuration - Monitor AEP solution performance, identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize workflows - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies - Implement data governance policies, data usage labels, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations - Optimize data processing performance, conduct load testing, and ensure data quality assurance - Implement, configure, test, and rollout new journeys, campaigns, and configurations using AJO Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing marketing automation solutions with Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform services - Technical developer certifications in Adobe products - Expertise in web technologies, client/server-side scripting languages, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL APIs - Experience in AEP data collection, ingestion, preparation, and activation - Knowledge of ETL workflows, data cleansing, enrichment, and normalization - Familiarity with data governance, data privacy regulations, and industry standards - Ability to optimize data processing performance and ensure data quality assurance - Proficiency in implementing and configuring journeys, campaigns, and configurations using AJO Join our team at Publicis Sapient and contribute to enhancing our marketing operations by leveraging Adobe Experience Platform to deliver personalized experiences to our valued customers.
