ADMS CoE (NOT Infra) - Managed Services

As an experienced leader in IT services with over 22 years of total experience, you will be responsible for heading the ADMS CoE. Your role will involve driving operational excellence, innovation, and strategic growth for a managed services organization with a team of 3000+ professionals. You will define and evolve the ADMS CoE vision, operating model, and roadmap in alignment with enterprise goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading transformation initiatives across service delivery, automation, and talent strategy. - Overseeing end-to-end AMS delivery across application portfolios such as SAP, Oracle, and custom apps. - Developing competency frameworks, career paths, and learning journeys for AMS professionals. - Championing the adoption of AIOps, GenAI, and intelligent automation to enhance service delivery. - Owning the P&L for AMS CoE and optimizing cost structures and delivery efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - 22+ years of experience in IT services with deep expertise in AMS delivery and managed services. - Proven leadership of large-scale AMS operations with over 1000 resources; global delivery experience is preferred. - Strong understanding of ITIL, DevOps, cloud-native AMS, and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. - Experience in building Centers of Excellence, driving transformation, and managing executive stakeholders. This role cuts across all aspects of App Development, App Engineering, Data Engineering, Testing, and App Maintenance. You should have experience leading teams of over 4k and be focused on the US geo.,
