Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat to guide them through the admissions process.
• Clearly communicate the value of our academic programs and assist students in making informed decisions.
• Achieve admission targets through strategic enrollment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in education enrollment or admissions, with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and eLearning tools.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
