Admissions Officer

As an Admission Officer at our Chandigarh Branch, your role will involve handling the admission process for countries like UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge of admission processes and requirements for various countries - Understanding and implementing checklists as per the requirements - Collaborating with branches to assist in completing students" application processes - Learning and efficiently using the company's CRM portal for routine activities - Updating student and application statuses regularly on the CRM - Coordinating with College/University representatives for various application processes - Pre-screening applications, identifying shortcomings, and communicating additional requirements promptly - Sharing information about new requirements and actions needed from counsellors or team members - Ensuring timely processing and responses for requests related to assessments, application processing, fee deadlines, etc. - Maintaining proper record-keeping of student data - Generating error-free reports and providing timely updates and support to branches Qualifications for this role include: - Graduation in any stream - 1-2 years of experience as an admission officer cum filling officer - Knowledge of admission application processes for Canada and experience in lodging applications - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Pleasing personality This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule to be conducted in person at our Chandigarh Branch.,
