Admissions & Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Admissions & Marketing Manager

This is a hands-on role that demands strategic thinking, leadership, data fluency, and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Strategy & Execution

oOwn the full admissions funnel and ensure quarterly intake targets are met.

oConvert leads via CRM systems, in-person counselling, and re-engagement campaigns.

oVisit schools, host open houses, and represent BSDT at educational events and fairs.

Marketing & Brand Growth

oDevelop and execute physical, digital, and social media marketing strategies.

oCollaborate with the performance marketing and content team to drive brand awareness and leads.

oWork with admission consultants, influencers, and strategic partners.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

oLead and manage a team of telecallers, counselors, and marketing staff.

oConduct daily huddles, review reports, and drive performance improvements.

oProvide strategic input on course positioning, messaging, and outreach efforts.

Reporting & Analytics

oTrack key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rate, application-to-enrollment ratio.

oAnalyze trends to optimize campaign strategies and resource allocation.

Brand Representation

oBe the face of BSDT to prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.

oEnsure brand voice and communication remain consistent and compelling across channels.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or sales preferably in the education sector

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRMs, and lead management workflows

Data-driven mindset with an ability to use numbers to inform decisions

Passion for design, education, and student success

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (required)

MBA in Marketing or relevant specialization (preferred)

Other Requirements

Fluency in English; conversational proficiency in Kannada and/or Hindi is a plus

Willingness to travel locally for school visits and recruitment campaigns

Comfortable working 6 days/week during the admissions season (MarchJuly and DecFeb)
