Job Title: Admissions and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Siddhantam Heritage School, Ghaziabad
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–4 years (Preferably in education sector or marketing roles)
Reporting To: School Principal / Management

Remuneration: As per market standards and based on qualification and experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ground research in the nearby areas to identify key outreach opportunities.
• Visit residential societies, playgroups, community centers, and local events to promote the school.
• Plan and execute on-ground and digital marketing campaigns.
• Organize and manage school events, open houses, and parent engagement programs to increase footfall.
• Coordinate with local vendors, designers, and media for promotional material and advertising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Education or related field).
• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or school operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Street-smart with the ability to connect with diverse community groups.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
