Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Sales Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The role involves counseling leads, understanding their needs, pitching relevant programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admissions
• Participate in walk-ins, counseling sessions, and admission drives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• 0.6 to 4 years of experience in admission counseling, inside sales, or education sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales pitching abilities
• Comfortable with targets and performance-driven roles
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
