We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Officer to join our team in Tirunelveli. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through every step of our admissions process.

What You'll Do:

Handle all student inquiries promptly and professionally via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information on our courses, fees, and enrollment procedures.
Proactively follow up with leads, effectively converting inquiries into successful student admissions.
Maintain precise and current student records within our CRM system.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience.
Work consistently towards and achieve admissions targets.
Offer ongoing support and address any student concerns throughout their admissions journey.

What You'll Bring:

A graduate degree in any field.
0-2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, with a preference for the education or EdTech sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A proven track record in sales and persuasion.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Tamil and English is essential, given our location in Tirunelveli.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
