Primary Roles & Responsibilities of an Admission Officer

Admission & Enrollment Management

* Handle the complete admission lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.

* Provide accurate information to students and parents regarding courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.

* Guide applicants through application forms, document submission, and verification.

* Follow up via calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into admissions.

Student Counseling & Support

* Conduct counseling sessions for students to understand their career goals and suggest suitable courses.

* Address queries from students and parents politely and professionally.

* Maintain a student-centric approach with patience and strong communication skills.

Marketing & Outreach Activities

* Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, education fairs, seminars, and school visits.

* Handle walk-ins, online inquiries, and social media leads.

* Participate in promotional events to generate and convert leads.

Customer Relationship Management

* Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

* Provide post-admission support until the student joins.

* Manage grievances and provide solutions effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
