About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with high-volume customers while counseling students and parents about Lakshya’s programs, helping them select the most suitable courses.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales and referral targets.
• Engage with customers directly (in-person) to create awareness and provide detailed information about Lakshya’s offerings.
• Convert leads generated through calls and various marketing initiatives into successful admissions.
• Expand the sales pipeline by identifying potential referrals through the existing customer network.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,839.29 per month
