Job Title: Admission -Management Trainee (Medical Programs Only) Location: Bangalore Company: Acelot Academy Salary: 10,000 Objective: Drive student admissions for medical programs (MBBS, MD, and related degrees) offered globally, for undergraduate and postgraduate medical studies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieve Admission Targets Meet and exceed monthly admission goals for MBBS, MD, and allied medical programs. Ensure targets for franchises, internal teams, and channel partners are consistently met. 2. Medical Student Counselling Manage the complete counselling lifecycle from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Drive high conversion rates through consultative and value-based selling. Counsel students and parents specifically for medical courses abroad, ensuring complete transparency and compliance with NMC/MCI guidelines. 3. Team & Channel Partner Management Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team focused exclusively on medical admissions. Identify, onboard, and train new franchise or channel partners. 4. CRM and Sales Tools Utilization Leverage modern CRM platforms and digital tools to track, nurture, and convert leads. Continuously optimize sales performance through data-driven insights. 5. Lead Generation to Conversion Source qualified leads from both offline and online channels. Guide prospects through the admission funnel to successful enrollment. 6. Student Onboarding & Documentation Oversee all onboarding formalities, including documentation, offer letters, visa support, and pre-departure briefings. Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements: ???? Note: Only candidates with experience in medical student admissions will be considered. Applications with experience in non-medical domains (e.g., engineering, management, etc.) will not be shortlisted. 1. Experience: Hands-on experience with MBBS/MD programs abroad (Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Philippines, US, UK, etc.) is essential. Strong understanding of: Medical university admissions MCI/NMC guidelines Study visa procedures Post-study pathways (FMGE, PLAB, USMLE) Ability to guide students and parents confidently throughout the admission process. 2. CRM & Tech Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM platforms and lead management tools relevant to the education industry. 3. Industry Experience: Must be from one of the following: EdTech Medical education consulting Study abroad firms focusing exclusively on medical programs 4. Startup Adaptability: Comfortable working in a startup environment and directly reporting to the founders. Should be proactive and goal-driven. 5. Entrepreneurial Mindset: High energy, strong ownership, and performance-focused approach.
