Job Title: Admission Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Admission Executive to oversee the student admission process and serve as the primary contact for prospective students and their families. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inquiry Management:

Respond to inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide accurate details on courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.

  • Application Processing:

Review, verify, and track student applications and documentation to ensure timely completion and accuracy.

  • Admission Guidance:

Support applicants throughout the enrollment process, offering personalized assistance and resolving queries effectively.

  • Event Coordination:

Plan and support admission-related events, including open houses, campus tours, and orientation sessions. Represent the institution at education fairs and promotional activities.

  • Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain applicant records in CRM systems and generate reports to monitor admission trends and performance metrics.

  • Policy & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to institutional policies and education regulations. Stay informed on policy updates and apply them to admission procedures.

  • Collaboration:

Coordinate with the marketing team on outreach initiatives and work with academic departments to address applicant concerns.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Gather feedback from applicants and newly admitted students to improve the overall admission experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
  • Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service roles is an advantage.

Essential Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
