Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Counselors to join our team. This role involves managing student queries, providing guidance, and supporting candidates throughout their decision-making journey. This position is ideal for freshers, with excellent learning and growth opportunities, though experienced candidates are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound queries from students and professionals
• Understand candidate requirements and guide them toward suitable MBA programs
• Provide clear, accurate, and ethical counseling
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
• Update and manage candidate information in the system
• Work closely with the team to achieve counseling and enrollment goals

Eligibility & Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the education counseling domain
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus)
