Position Overview

As a Sales cum Admission Counsellor, you will be the face of MAAC Ghaziabad for prospects and walk-in students. Your mission is to attract, counsel, and convert leads into successful admissions while ensuring an exceptional experience for all prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate walk-ins from fresh leads and follow-ups through calls, emails, social media, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels
• Handle walk-in visitors, telephonic and online enquiries—effectively explain course offerings and counsel students on career paths in animation, multimedia, and VFX SimplyHired+1FounditSalary.com
• Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions and meet monthly or quarterly enrolment targets
• Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and the centre—address queries promptly and professionally
• Assist in organizing seminars, promotional events, BTL/ATL marketing, and campus outreach activities to boost brand visibility and lead generation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student databases, track lead progress, and manage admissions documentation
• Contribute to the overall growth and service standards of the centre through effective communication and teamwork

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or student admissions within the animation, multimedia, or education industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills—able to establish rapport with students and parents
• Target-oriented mindset, self-motivated, persistent, with a pleasing personality and desire to excel
• Strong organizational ability, familiarity with maintaining databases and managing admissions workflows
