Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor International Sales UK and USA, located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for engaging with potential learners, advising them on the suitable courses based on their career goals, and managing the end-to-end admissions process for international students from the UK and USA. The role includes maintaining excellent customer service, building and nurturing relationships, handling inquiries, and driving sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Education or related field is preferred
• Proven ability to manage admissions processes effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree is a plus
