Admission Counselor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in student counselling, admissions management, and achieving enrolment targets within the education sector. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admission process and ensuring an exceptional enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide students and parents regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing accurate and timely information about courses and admission processes.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio from inquiry to enrolment.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to organize seminars, webinars, open houses, and counselling sessions.
• Maintain and update student databases, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.
• Stay updated with current education trends, course offerings, and competitor activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Passion for education and student success.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing and lead management tools.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
