Admission Counselor

DigiManiac is seeking a motivated and empathetic Female Counselor to guide students and professionals in selecting the right digital marketing, content writing, and other professional courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students shape their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Help students identify their strengths, career interests, and suitable courses based on their background.
• Provide information about courses, including Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Animation, and VFX.
• Assist with the admission process, including registration and documentation.
• Build rapport with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent student follow-ups.
• Conduct informational seminars and workshops for prospective students.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with students, understand their needs, and provide guidance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handling student management software.
• Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience as a student counselor or in a similar role is preferred.
