We are inviting applications for the position of Parent Relationship Officer / Admission Counsellor. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can engage effectively with parents, handle admissions, and support the school’s front-office and counselling functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, including admissions, parent counselling, and query handling.
• Convert prospective parent inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions through counselling and regular follow-ups.
• Organize and lead school tours, presentations, and promotional activities to showcase the school’s offerings.
• Maintain admission records, visitor data, and generate reports for management.
• Handle both outbound and inbound calls for admission-related queries.
• Conduct market research and competition analysis to support school outreach.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality parent engagement and smooth admission processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling, customer service, or parent relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with persuasive ability.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and telecalling skills.
• Service-oriented attitude, with flexibility to work as per school requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Patient, adaptable, and creative approach to handling parent interactions.
