Admission Counselor & Admin Executive

Edify School Kanakapura is inviting applications for the positions of Admission Counselor and Admin Executive. We are looking for organized, communicative, and proactive professionals who can contribute to the school’s operations and provide an excellent experience for students and parents.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmission Counselor

• Guide prospective parents and students through the admission process.
• Provide accurate information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission policies.
• Manage admission-related inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain and update admission records; ensure timely follow-ups with applicants.
• Support the coordination of school tours, orientation sessions, and admission events.

Admin Executive

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to various school departments.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems efficiently.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and school activities.
• Support front-office operations as required.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, administration, or customer service (experience in an educational institution preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
