Admission Counselor & Admin Executive

We are hiring an Admission Counsellor cum Admin Executive to manage student enquiries, admissions, and daily administration. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up ability, and good organisational habits.

Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
• Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain enquiry and admission records in Excel/CRM.
• Manage attendance, batch schedules, certificates, and paperwork.
• Coordinate between students, faculty, and management.
• Maintain office inventory and basic administrative tasks.
• Respond to WhatsApp and email queries.
• Support promotional activities and basic marketing coordination.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Marketing/Arts preferred).
• Strong communication in English and Hindi.
• Confident, organised, and friendly.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business.
• Experience in counselling or admin preferred (education sector a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
