Admission Counsellor – IT Courses Experience : 1 to 3 years Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Location : NO-412, Floor No:4th, City Space Building, OFF, Nagar Rd, opp. Fiserv Comapny, Clover Park, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014 Job Type : Full-Time Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students for IT/Software-related courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, understanding student needs, and enrolling them in the appropriate course. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding IT course admissions Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to prospective students Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up and engagement Maintain student database and daily reports Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for smooth admission processes Participate in admission events, seminars, or webinars if needed Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets Key Skills Required : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of IT/software courses is a plus Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Confidence and a positive attitude Good command over MS Office and CRM tools Qualification : Graduate in any stream (BBA, BCA, B.Sc., or similar preferred) Additional certification in counselling or IT will be an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
