Here is a Job Description for an Admission Counsellor in a School : Job Title: Admission Counsellor Department: Admissions/Administration Location: School Campus , Mugalivakkam , Pallikarnai, Peelamedu (coimbatore) Reports To: Principal / Admission Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Handle Admission Inquiries: Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding admission procedures and programs. Guide Prospective Parents & Students: Provide detailed information about the school curriculum, policies, facilities, and values. Conduct Campus Tours: Arrange and lead school tours for interested families. Manage Application Process: Assist with form distribution, document collection, and admission registration. Coordinate Entrance Tests & Interviews: Schedule assessments and interact with academic teams to facilitate selection. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and enrollment statistics. Support Marketing Efforts: Participate in open houses, education fairs, and promotional campaigns.
