The Admission Counsellor & Telecaller will be responsible for handling inquiries from prospective students and their families, providing information about the institute's programs and admissions process, and assisting with the enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, conducting follow-up communications, and maintaining detailed records of interactions with prospects.
