Job description: As an Admission Counsellor, you will manage and convert student inquiries into successful admissions. Your primary role is to guide prospective students through the admission process by providing accurate information about courses, eligibility, and enrollment procedures. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining follow-ups, and working towards monthly admission targets—role & responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding educational opportunities, career paths, and admission procedures. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the institution’s programs. Maintain regular follow-up with potential leads and ensure timely conversions. Guide students through the entire admission process until successful enrollment. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly admission targets. Maintain student records and update the CRM or database regularly. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling interviews, document collection, or clarifications.
