Job Description

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding admission procedures, eligibility, fees, curriculum, and other school-related information.
  • Schedule and conduct school tours and orientation sessions.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in school open houses, admission fairs, and community outreach events.
  • Evaluate student applications and documentation as per school policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using admission tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new students.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing parent concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Stay updated with school programs, curriculum developments, and admission trends.
  • Support the marketing and communication team with admission-related promotional content, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
