Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents in making informed educational decisions. You will play a crucial role in helping students identify their academic goals and support them in choosing the right educational path.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide personalized counselling to students and parents regarding courses, colleges/universities, entrance exams, and career options.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about various academic programs, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.

· Handle inbound student inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and follow up with prospective students.

· Assist students with application processes, including documentation and form submissions.

· Organize and participate in education fairs, workshops, and seminars.

· Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM tools.

· Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and vendors.

· Achieve student enrolment targets and contribute to revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, or related field.

· Prior experience in academic or career counselling preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Empathetic listener and a problem-solver.

· Sales or target-driven approach is a plus (especially in EdTech or Study Abroad setups).

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.

Location- Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday (9.30 pm - 06.30pm).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
