Admission Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective leads assigned by the company and convert them into admissions.
• Conduct virtual meetings with potential students and explain program details.
• Build rapport and trust with leads to understand their career aspirations.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects to ensure successful closures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the admissions team.
• Make calls specific to the assigned region (US or UK) based on shift.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  6 months 2 years of experience in student counselling preferred.
• Freshers who want to build their career in counselling are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
