Job Description

Job Title: Admission Counsellor Summary: We are seeking an experienced Admission Counsellor with 5-6 years of experience in the Sales department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective Parents through the admissions process, providing information about our programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective Parents seeking information about our programs. 2. Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective Parents to assess their needs and goals. 3. Provide detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and financials. 4. Assist Parents in completing the application process and submitting all necessary documentation. 5. Follow up with prospective Parents to answer any questions and address any concerns they may have. 6. Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the institution. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in a related field. 2. 5-6 years of experience in a sales or admissions role, preferably in the education sector. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Knowledge of admissions processes and procedures. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and other admissions software.
