Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Chasing monthly admissions targets and achieving the same
Activities being done for the collection of data & lead generation
Attending and counselling the parents
School visit & description of Infrastructure & the methodologies used in teaching
Schedule test and interactions
Data calling (Salesforce, online, school data & others)
Preparing day-to-day pipelines by following up Pre-applications & Registrations
Attending all the queries related to admissions
Handling & solving the parent`s concerns
Arranging & maintaining all the required documents as per the ISO standards
Handling applications leads & replying on nursery admissions sites.
Maintaining monthly Teacher`s & Play school`s incentives
Preparation of monthly transport list to be prepared & mail to the department concerned.
Organizing and participating in events (like arranging Helpdesk, mall events, exams etc.)
Follow up teachers & employees, other staff members for references
Calling for pending documents etc.
Coordinating for new Admissions entrance test Question papers from all wings in charges
Maintaining and updating Data (softcopy & hardcopy files)
Maintaining Manual Registers (Registration, Teachers Ref, Telephonic)
Preparing of Admission checklist file for mid-term admissions
Maintaining adequate stock for stationery items
