Admission Counsellor (Immediate Joiner)

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media.
• Provide detailed and accurate information on aviation courses, fees, schedules, and career prospects.
• Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right aviation training program.
• Maintain proper student records and ensure timely follow-ups until enrollment.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Aviation, Marketing, Business, or related background preferred).
• Mandatory: Candidate must have 3–4 years of proven experience in Admission Counselling at a School or College.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in meeting targets.
• Candidate should preferably reside in or near Dwarka, New Delhi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
