We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Admission Counsellor to join our team and help students take the next step in their learning journey.

Position Overview:

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for reaching out to potential students through telecalling, explaining course details, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring successful enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, curriculum, and learning outcomes.
• Understand students’ academic and career goals to recommend the right online programs.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion and course enrollment.
• Maintain and update student databases and call records regularly.
• Assist students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve student engagement and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (both English and Hindi language preferred).
• Strong telecalling and lead conversion skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Good understanding of online education and digital learning platforms.
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, telecalling, or admissions (preferably in EdTech or training institutes).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
