ON THE JOB TRAINING - ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

SALARY FOR EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES - UPTO 30,000 + INCENTIVES

Making outbound calls to generate leads, answer customer inquiries, and potentially assist with sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Making Outbound Calls: Reaching out to potential or existing customers to generate leads, promote products or services, or gather customer feedback.
• Data Entry and Management: Updating customer information in the database and managing leads.
• Learning and Development: Gaining experience with CRM software, telecommunication systems, and industry knowledge.
• Sales Support: Assisting with sales efforts by identifying opportunities and generating leads.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain information.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
