We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who is passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counseling and Guidance: Provide in-depth information and guidance to prospective students and their parents about our courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Student Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to track their progress and assist them with their applications.
• Administrative Tasks: Keep detailed records of all interactions in our database, and assist with documentation and other administrative duties related to the admission process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless admission experience for students.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: A positive and empathetic approach to student inquiries.
• Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn about our offerings and the education sector.

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹30,000 take-home per month.
• Working Days: 6 days a week, with a fixed Sunday off.
• Location: MG Road.
