Admission Counsellor - Fresher

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Admissions department at Lloyd in Greater Noida.

The Admission counsellor will be responsible for providing information and guidance to prospective students, conducting admissions interviews, assisting with enrollment, and providing excellent customer service to students and their families. The role also involves promoting the institution and its programs, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in organizing and participating in admission events and activities.

Qualifications

 Strong interpersonal communication skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Customer service experience

 Sales experience

 Experience in the education field

 Prior experience admissions processes and procedures

 Familiarity with educational programs and courses
