Admission Counsellor – EdTech (Minimum 2 Years Experience)

About the Role:

Route Academy is looking for an experienced and dynamic Admission Counsellor with a background in B.Tech Computer Science or MCA and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the EdTech or Education Consulting field.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of academic programs, and hands-on experience in CRM handling for lead management and student tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on course details, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Maintain and update student data using CRM tools for follow-up and conversion tracking.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to achieve monthly admission targets.
• Prepare and maintain admission reports and student progress updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Tech in Computer Science / MCA (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in EdTech / Education Consulting
• Additional Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of technical and professional courses
• Goal-oriented and organized in handling student queries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
