Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor with a proven background in overseas education consulting. The ideal candidate will guide students through the entire admission journey — from selecting the right country and university to successful visa application — while meeting enrolment targets and delivering excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on study options in countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia ,UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Evaluate students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable programs and universities.
• Handle end-to-end admission process including application preparation, documentation, offer letter follow-up, and visa guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrolment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, and one-on-one counselling sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Provide exceptional after-admission support to ensure smooth onboarding of students abroad.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas education counselling (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM management.
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Education, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
