Counseling responsibilities

Conduct counseling sessions: Perform one-on-one or group sessions to assess client needs, define goals, and provide personalized guidance.
Assess clients: Evaluate clients' skills, interests, and aspirations to develop a suitable action plan. This may involve screening potential clients for program appropriateness.
Provide expert advice: Offer knowledgeable and empathetic advice on products or services, such as educational programs, career moves, or mental health resources.
Maintain client records: Ensure accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and follow-up activities are kept.
Facilitate the intake process: Handle the initial intake procedure, including gathering required documentation.
Manage customer relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and external partners.
Generate leads: Develop and execute sales techniques to increase revenue and attract potential clients. This often involves reaching out to leads via phone, email, and social media.
Implement promotional campaigns: Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to promote the organization's services to a wider audience
