Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding cybersecurity courses, certifications, and career paths.
• Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media) and provide accurate course/program details.
• Guide students through the admission process, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and providing suitable course recommendations.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential students until admission closure.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as set by management.
• Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and admissions in the database/CRM.
• Coordinate with faculty and placement team for smooth onboarding of admitted students.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events to represent the institute.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and counseling ability.
• Basic knowledge of IT/cybersecurity (training will be provided if needed).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in academic counseling / education sales / admissions preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
