Admission Counsellor

Position: Admissions Counsellor Location: Lakmé Academy – Vashi, Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just sell a course — but helps people see a dream, believe in it, and chase it. As an Admissions Counsellor, you’ll guide aspiring beauty professionals on how Lakmé Academy can turn their passion into a profession. You’ll be the first step in someone’s transformation story. Key Responsibilities: • Counsel walk-ins, phone leads, and online enquiries • Understand individual aspirations and recommend suitable programs • Conduct follow-ups to convert leads to enrollments • Maintain daily reports of walk-ins, calls, and conversions • Coordinate with the training and marketing teams as needed • Represent the academy at events or outreach activities Who You Are: • An excellent communicator with a passion for education and beauty • Empathetic, energetic, and target-driven • Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi • Preferably with 1–3 years of counselling/sales experience Why Join Us?
