Job Description

Student Counselling: Assist prospective students via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about admission requirements, fee structure, and career outcomes. Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries, maintain a database of potential students, and convert leads into successful admissions. Application Processing: Guide students through application and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Campus Tours & Events: Organize and conduct campus tours, open houses, webinars, and other promotional events. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with students, parents. Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports and share updates with the Admissions Manager. Market Awareness: Keep updated on trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences.
