• Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. • Counsel prospective learners on Xylem’s Skill Programmes and recommend the best fit. • Convert inquiries into admissions through needs-based counseling. • Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and conversion updates in CRM. • Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing insights on lead quality and campaign performance. • Consistently achieve daily outreach and monthly admission targets. • Coordinate with academic and onboarding teams for a seamless admission process. • Gather learner feedback and share market insights for continuous improvement.
