Job Description

Admin/Store Executive: (Experience: 0-5 Years)

Qualifications: Any Graduation (BCA Preferred)

  • Overall Administration and operations of the organization
  • SOP For All departments
  • Vendor Registration, verification and data maintenance
  • General correspondence pertains to Admin department between vendors and customers
  • Company license renewals and its data maintenance
  • Laison with Government organization to meet the company policies updates
  • Employee training and updates
  • Office and employee administration
  • HVAC Operations and order follow ups and execution
  • Invoice follow ups
  • General administration and operation between departments
  • Company Software administration and its maintenance
  • Office assets and its maintenance
  • Excellent Knowledge in store processes in software
  • Vendors follow up for material delivery
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Software administration as per the department workflow and SOP
  • System administration and maintenance
  • Training and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
